Following
the established procedures, general scope of work, and the supplied
forms will assure a proper documentation and successful completion
of the Systems Commissioning procedure.
COMMISSIONING PROCEDURES
Pre-Commissioning Meeting:
- Site meeting
with construction team.
- Review
of commissioning procedure and schedule with the construction
team.
- Distribution
of Contractor Pre-Start-Up and Start-Up Inspection Checklist
forms.
Pre-Commissioning Start-Up:
- All Pre-Start-Up
and Start-Up checklist forms completed by the respective sub-contractor
- All forms
verified and signed by the Project Superintendent.
- All forms
reviewed and approved by the Commissioning Agent. Any items
not completed will be returned to the Project Superintendent.
Systems Air Balance:
- Project
air balance time schedule, submitted by the Project Superintendent.
- Pre-balance
activities by the Air Balance Sub-Contractor.
- Project
air balance process completed by the Air Balance Sub-Contractor.
- Review
of final air balance reports.
Systems
Commissioning:
- Verification
for proper equipment and devices installation
- Schedule
with Project Superintendent site visit and meeting with mechanical,
electrical, and air balance sub-contractors.
- Verify
equipment installation.
- Verify
equipment operation.

control system operation.

standby generating system operation.
