The MacArthur Chapel at The Masters College
Santa Clarita, California

The Master's College is an accredited, four-year, liberal arts Christian college in Santa Clarita, California. The project provides for the new construction of a four-level, 67,500 square foot, 1500 seat chapel and conference facility that will feature a theatrical performance stage, multi-purpose classrooms, a full-service kitchen, multi-media centers, and state-of-the-art audio/visual production and control rooms. Additionally, the project will include two grade-level student/faculty parking areas with approximately 250 parking spaces, and an assortment of landscaped areas and walkways that will include a pedestrian bridge, water features and an outdoor trellis.

Playa Vista, California

Playa Vista is the first new master-planned community and the largest mixed-use, residential project to be developed on the Westside of Los Angeles in over 50 years. In a recent article in LA Architect Supplement, it was described as an assembly of the finest “urban planners, influential architects and top designers” gathered to “develop innovative new solutions to urban living.”

The Product 650 Runway Lofts portion of the project provides for the design and construction of a contemporary style, 100,000 square foot, four-story residential facility with 52 condominiums and open court-yards with plush landscaping situated over a 50,000 square foot underground parking garage that provides approximately 170 private parking stalls.

California Pizza Kitchen
Honolulu, Hawaii

The project provided for the renovation of approximately 5330 square feet of an existing California Pizza Kitchen Restaurant at the Kahala Mall and the expansion of the restaurant into the adjacent tenant space. The total renovation included the demolition and construction of approximately 6200 square feet.
