Ventura County Credit Union
Thousand Oaks, California

The $ 5.0 M project provides for the design and construction of a 13,000 square foot, two-story office building to accommodate a corporate office and “hub” of the Ventura County Credit Union.

The facility will support a staff of approximately 25-30 credit union employees and include a business center, mortgage loan group, a training center and a service center in support of the day-to-day financial business operations of the organization. Due to the critical nature of the facilities operations, it will be provided with the capability to fully operate for an extended period of time on emergency back-up systems that include a 350 kW Standby Power Generation System and a 40 kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) System to support the Data Center Operations.

Mercury Insurance Parking Structure
Brea, California

The $7.0 M project provides for the design and construction of a 4 level, 160,000 square foot, concrete post-tension slab parking structure to accommodate 480 to 500 parking spaces in support of the Mercury Insurance Headquarters. The project will feature one pre-fabricated, self-contained, attendant booth, two fully automated entrance and exit arm-gates, one hydraulic passenger elevator and two stairwells.
