AMC – North Park 15-Plex Movie Theatre
Dallas, Texas

The 112,000 square foot project is part of the $170 M North Park Mall expansion and, upon completion, will feature a 3,450 seat, state-of-the art, multi-plex theatre located in one of the finest shopping centers in the Dallas metropolitan area. Like most AMC Theatres, the facility will feature the latest Sony Dynamic Digital Sound (SDDS) System with “THX” surround sound as well as the latest projection automation systems in all fifteen auditoriums.

Brenden Theatres at the Palms Casino and Resort
Las Vegas, Nevada

The $5.0 M project provides for the demolition of three of the fourteen existing auditoriums and the construction of three new auditoriums and projection rooms, management offices and a private luxury suite at the Brenden Theatres-14 facility located in The Palms Casino and Resort.

The Beckman Center
Irvine, California

The project provided for the retro-commissioning of the 48,000 square foot Arnold and Mabel Beckman Conference Center that opened in 1985 and is owned and operated by the National Academies of Sciences and Engineering in Washington, D.C.

The Beckman Center is a first-class conference facility comprised of a 238 seat auditorium, an 80 seat stadium-style theatre, two business centers, a board room, classrooms, conference rooms, private offices, dining rooms, an atrium and a large reception area.
