AMC – Century City 15-Plex Movie Theatre
Los Angeles, California

A brand new 86,000 square foot, 3,074 seat, state-of-the art, multi-plex theatre located in the heart of the Westfield Century City Shopping Center. This four-level facility features the latest Sony Dynamic Digital Sound (SDDS) System with “THX” surround sound as well as the latest projection automation systems in all fifteen auditoriums along with three concession stands that assist in providing a comfortable, enjoyable, high-quality entertainment experience.

California Pizza Kitchen
Waikiki, Hawaii

The project provides for the new construction of a 7,000 square foot California Pizza Kitchen restaurant at the Kalakaua Retail Center. The restaurant will feature a patio lanai dining area with seating for 58, and four indoor areas with seating for 166 for a total of 224 seats. In addition, the facility will include a pizza expo area, exhibition cooking areas, numerous service stations, management offices, a prep area, a scullery, coolers and freezers and various other restaurant support areas.

Moran and Asian Gardens Condominiums
Westminster, California

The project provides for the design and construction of a 144-unit, three-story, multi-family, French-Colonial style, residential community for active adults. The 4-acre condominium project will be built over a two-level, 156,000 square foot subterranean parking structure to accommodate 393 private parking spaces. The project will include two clubhouses with reading rooms, lounges and full kitchens, and landscaping that include numerous outdoor courtyards with pedestrian pathways and beautiful Zen gardens with various water features.
