The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach

The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach is a luxurious, high-rise condominium facility consisting of two 12-story towers with a total of 359 deluxe condominium units located on one of America’s most immaculate beaches.

The $20.0 M project is a design-assist venture between Parsons and Popov Engineers, Inc. that will provide for various system upgrades and facility renovations to include the following:

• Parking Garage Structural Repairs
• Parking Garage Lighting Upgrade
• Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Central Plant Infrastructure Upgrades
• Emergency Generator Replacement
• Elevator Upgrades and Modernization
• Lobby (Office), Pavilion, Pool Center and Porte Cochere Repairs
• Landscape and Landscape Lighting Replacement
• Irrigation System Replacement
• Pool Deck Replacement

Allure Condominiums
Las Vegas, Nevada

The $200 million project provides for the new construction of two 41-story, 472-unit, luxury multi-family, high-rise apartment towers with a 200,000 square foot, five-level, above ground parking structure, a management office, lobby, clubroom and fitness center, pool and spa, a business center, a small retail area and various outdoor courtyards areas provided for each tower.
