The Construction Management Services provided by Popov Engineers,
Inc. are focused on the delivery of professional assistance
to the Owner for projects that are intensively MPE design
driven, or in projects for which Popov Engineers, Inc. is
prime, and thus providing architectural and other engineering
services under it's basic contract.
This approach
allows the office to closely control the coordination of sub-consultants
to protect the Owner's interest in projects of a highly technical
nature.
