Commercial facility projects can offer a great variety of challenges to consulting engineers as they work closely with other project consultants, architects and interior designers in creating workspaces that are an extension of our culture and society.

For over 31 years Popov Engineers, Inc. has met those challenges with tremendous success on a wide spectrum of project types including airports, shopping centers, corporate headquarters, high-rise office buildings, banking and financial institutions, restaurants, entertainment based retail centers and mixed use commercial centers that integrate corporate offices, retail, dining and hotel facilities.

Additionally, we have provided ancillary facility engineering in support of commercial projects, ranging from tenant improvements and secondary utility distribution, to ventilation and lighting systems design for subterranean parking structures, parking lot lighting and controls, and central plant utility distribution on campus like developments involving large sites.
