Popov Engineers, Inc. is a multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm founded by Robert Popov in 1975. For over 30 years, Popov Engineers, Inc. has provided consulting services to more than 500 clients on over 3,500 projects throughout the United States and abroad including England, Spain, France, Bulgaria, China, Japan and the Middle East.

With a corporate office in Irvine, California and regional offices in Hawaii and Florida, the firm has experienced steady and sound growth by providing consulting services in mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and telecommunications engineering. Our experience and knowledge covers a variety of public and private market sectors including: Educational, Health Care, Entertainment, High Technology, Institutional, Industrial, Military, Commercial, Retail and Multi-Family Residential Facilities.

Popov Engineers, Inc. has successfully provided these engineering services under various project delivery methods including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Assist and Design-Build as well as independent and owner-direct services in construction management, construction administration, systems commissioning and engineering due diligence assessments.
